Shipping

Where does HELLEN ship?

We currently ship domestically to all 50 states with our eyes to expand globally.

 

What are the shipping options?

We ship with United States Postal Service. Depending on your selection of products you will be able to choose Standard shipping 2-5 days or Priority Shipping 1-3 business days. Free standard shipping for any products over $50.

 

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed before 10:00 AM PST will be processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number.  Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will be shipped the following business day.

 

If you have any issues with packages not arriving after 6 days please contact us at info@hellen.nyc including your name and order number. We will make sure to resolve any issues.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of the products we do not accept returns unless damaged or defective upon receipt. However if you are not fully satisfied with your product, you may return your purchase within the 14 days of the purchase date. (shipping cost will not be refundable). We want you to love your product and have a healing experience.  Reach out to us at info@hellen.nyc and in the title add the invoice number, advise us why you are dissatisfied or any damages to the product. Once your refund is approved the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Typically takes 5- 10 day business days to show up on your statement.

Sales Tax

You are responsible for the payment of any state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order. The sales tax is calculated based on the full invoice price, and may include charges for shipping and handling if required by law. By law, HELLEN must collect sales tax for all orders shipped to the State of California
